Dill Chicken

I made this not too long ago and got A LOT of questions on how to make it. So ... here goes! 


DILL CHICKEN:
Ingredients:
1-2 Tbs dill weed (depending on how much seasoning you like.) 
4 Tbs olive oil, plus enough to coat skillet
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 
Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together. Add seasonings, whisk again. 
Marinade

Place chicken in baggie. Pour oil mixture over chicken. Release all the air. Then I smush it around a bit for good measure. Let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Marinating

Then cook just like perfect chicken, minus seasonings. 
YUMMY!!!

Then ... eat it, enjoy it, share it.
