Meal Prep 2/22/14

Meal preppin!!! 
I got all this at the local HEB for less than $45! It's enough for 8 lunch servings, 6 breakfast servings and about 20 snacks! 



Breakfast:
Sausage and Veggie Casserole and a glass of green juice
213 calories in the casserole, 140 for the juice. Breakfast = 353 calories



Snack #1:
Baby Carrots and Hummus
10 Carrots, 2Tbs hummus = 95 Calories



Lunch:
Turkey and Veggie "Meatloaf" with a side of veggies
Muffines + Veggies = 240 calories


Snack #2:
100 calorie almond packs
