Healthy-er Chocolate Walnut Pancakes

Here's the honest-to-God truth, they are delicious. But, they are a "healthy delicious." I use that term to describe something that would taste better if it were made "regularly." These DO taste healthy, but they are SO SO good!

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 White Flour
2Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1/4Tsp Salt
3 Large Egg Whites
1/2 Vanilla Greek Yogurt (if you use plain, add 1/2 tsp natural/raw sugar or 1 tsp granulated sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/8 Cup Chocolate Chips
Cooking Spray

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl until clumps are gone. Mix dry and wet together thoroughly without over mixing.
Heat skillet/griddle to medium heat, spray with cooking spray. Pour batter onto heated pan using a 1/4-Cup measuring cup. When edges start to harden and middle bubbles (2-3 min), flip and cook for an additional 2-3 min. Serve with light butter and sugar free syrup (or whatever you want!)

Makes 8 pancakes.
Nuggz loved them!
